How does this work?
If you live in NYC, come to the workshop @ 251 W. 30th St in Midtown Manhattan to have your LCD screen replaced in ten minutes while you watch. We're in the basement which is through the freight entrance. Or, call to set up a house call to your home or office.If you don't live in New York City, purchase this service using the grey button at the top. Send your machine to the mail in service address below in red. It'll be fixed and sent back to you in under 12 hours after arrival. Your package MUST REQUIRE A SIGNATURE, and be packaged properly, with a note or a receipt inside indicating who you are & that you purchased our service.

Where do you get these parts from? Is this an Apple LCD?
It's an LG Philips LCD - the LP133WX3-TLA6 or LP133WX2-TLG6(click to buy part by itself). This model goes into the Macbook Pro, but is also compatible with the regular white unibody Macbook.Unlike the many imitator services that buy these parts off eBay from the middlemen, we buy direct from the manufacturer. If you're thinking of going with someone else, there's a good chance they're buying the part from us right after you checkout with them! We buy grade A+ LCDs in quantites of 200-1000 from Chi Mei & LG.
Why is this price so low?
Most everyone else buy the LCDs off eBay or other middlemen 5-10 at a time, because for them, this is a side business. Or, they are a general service company that performs many different repairs, so stocking 1000 LCDs for one machine makes no sense.
What kind of warranty does this come with?
