Through a very streamlined business model, we save you money and time. We value integrity - not taking more money just because we can, and providing good service even when it isn't easy.

There are three reasons prices are low:

Efficient, knowledgeable labor.

Our methods are very different from other repair shops, powerbookmedic, or iFixit. Rossmann has you up and running in minutes through utilizing specific methodology crafted from performing the same repair 1000+ times. You've probably read iFixit guides and thought there's no way you could perform the repair yourself. You do not need to remove the bottom assembly to replace the LCD on an A1278 Unibody, nor remove the top case to replace the LCD on an A1226 Macbook Pro. You can get to the LCD without replacing the glass. A perfect job can be done without such unnecessary steps, and it is through avoiding unnecessary steps that we save us both time & money.

Since it takes us less time to perform a proper repair, you are charged less money.

Volume business.

We only advertise & accept specific repairs on specific devices. A very focused business model allows us to offer incredibly low pricing, as we are not going out of our way to offer you service. Instead of doing everything at a retail rate, we offer specific services at below market rates.

Parts direct from the manufacturer.

All parts come in original carton packaging from the manufacturer, Grade A+, and the savings are passed on to you.

We stock parts we use in quantities of 200-1000 at a time. We never have to tell you to "come back tomorrow" or in 3 days for your machine. Having only one part on hand means if it is defective, your repair is set back a week while the repair shop orders a new part. This is common in a field where upstarts & do-it-all shops don't stock large quantities of the part you need directly from the manufacturer. Here, your repair will never be delayed because they don't stock cartons of the part.

Parts are acquired by our supply company directly from the manufacturer, not from middlemen suppliers on eBay & random sellers that don't have it together. Buying grade A LCDs directly from the manufacturer has allowed us to avoid all of the pitfalls other repair shops encounter, and retain perfect feedback reselling LCDs to DIYers & other repair shops.

Since parts are acquired direct from the manufacturer, the prices are very low compared to what you will find elsewhere.

We'll always install:

The same model LCD the manufacturer uses.
A superior model to what Apple used, such as with Unibody Macbooks- a LP133WX2-TLG6 is a substantial improvement from the LP133WX2-TLC1.
A newer version/revision of the same model Apple uses, once the one in your machine is nowhere to be found.

We'll never install:

Used, refurbished, or class B/C LCDs without your knowledge and permission and at a significant discount.
"Compatible" LCDs, unless the original is no longer available.
