This is not a store or a walk in facility, you must call and set an appointment first, or no one will be here to help you.

If you call looking for where to go and you’re on the fifth floor, you have likely not walked through the door. Please walk through the door to get to my workshop once on the fifth floor.  To be fair & keep things simple, there is only one door on this floor. If you enter a place that resembles what you see below, there is a high likelihood you are in the right place. I cannot reschedule appointments due to one’s reluctance to walk through the unlocked door on the fifth floor upon their visit. If you miss your first appointment over something as trivial as this, I can’t help you.
