What do I do next?

Check your email address for a ticket number – you should have received one. Make sure to include this ticket number in the box, with the computer, clearly provided, so that we may match up the machine when we receive it with your form submission.

If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder! If it is not there, then call us and we will provide you the ticket number.

Where do I send my device to?

We accept mail-ins at our retail store location. The address is as follows. Please use UPS, Fedex, or USPS to send your device to us.

Please include a note in the box with your name & ticket number.

You’ve filled out the form, and that’s great. Now we need a way to match the device you’re sending to the ticket you just filled out. Please include something in the box that matches your name – a written note with your name on it matching the name you entered will suffice.

You would not believe how many people do not include their name in the box, and send in a machine with the return address & name of the UPS store they used to send us the machine. When this happens, it is incredibly difficult to figure out whose machine it is. DON’T LET THIS BE YOU!

Sometimes people ship devices to us with a different name and address on the shipping label than the name they used to fill out their ticket. When this happens we have no way to determine whose machine this is, so PLEASE include identifying information such as the ticket number.

If it’s an iPhone for data recovery, please include your passcode.

We receive iPhones for data recovery every day that do not have a passcode with them. Without a passcode, we cannot get into the phone to recover any data. If you are sending an iPhone for data recovery, please include the passcode!

Please do not ship to us using packaging material you wish to be saved.

We throw away all packaging received and use our own packaging to ship devices back to customers. If you have an original Apple box that is sentimental to you, please do not use it to ship the device, as it will be discarded as soon as we open it.
